Services and scope

We provide digital advertising planning and placement, audience targeting, marketing analytics, digital reporting and related software development. Each engagement is defined in a written scope that sets out the objective, the channels, the deliverables and the budget range. Work starts when you confirm that scope in writing.

Orders and confirmation

An enquiry sent through this site is not an order. A contract exists only once we have issued a written scope and you have confirmed it. Until then neither side is committed, and no advertising spend is placed on your behalf.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euro (€), either as a monthly fee or as a project fee, and are confirmed in the written scope before work begins. Advertising budget is separate from our fee and is planned only after the objective is agreed. We do not promise a conversion rate, a return on advertising spend or an audience size.

Delivery

Services are delivered remotely and reported digitally. The schedule for each deliverable is set out in the scope.

Cancellation, changes and refunds

Ongoing engagements may be cancelled on the notice period stated in the scope. Project work already carried out, and advertising spend already committed to a platform, cannot normally be recovered. Where a deliverable has not been started, the corresponding fee is refunded.

Liability

We are responsible for carrying out the work described in the scope with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for results that depend on factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, market conditions or the performance of your own website, pricing or product.

Governing law

Our registered office address is held in the public Companies House register and is not used to determine the law that applies to a particular engagement. The governing law and jurisdiction for each engagement are stated in its written scope; if they are not stated, they are agreed with you before work begins.
